You can permanently delete your BMT Materials account and personal data at any time. Here is how, whether or not you are signed in.
Deleting your account removes your profile, saved addresses, cart, and favorites, and signs you out. Past orders and invoices are kept for our legal and accounting records, but they are no longer linked to you. This cannot be undone.
Sign in, open your account, and choose "Delete account". Your account and data are removed right away. This is the fastest way, and it keeps your account safe by confirming it is really you.
Want a copy of your data first? After signing in, open your account and choose "Download my data" before you delete it.
Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We may ask a question or two to confirm the account is yours.
