Delivery & Coverage Policy

We deliver across Jordan, from the capital out to the south and the eastern desert. Our coverage map shows every governorate and area we reach right now, so check it to confirm we deliver to your location and to see the delivery rate for it.

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days of confirmation. Distance, load size, and truck scheduling can affect timing, and bulk or heavy loads may take a little longer. We confirm an expected date when you order and coordinate the delivery window by phone before the truck sets off.

Delivery is priced by area and distance, together with the size and weight of your load. When you choose your governorate and drop a map pin at checkout, we work out the delivery cost for your exact location and show it before you pay. Larger and heavier loads cost more to deliver because they need bigger vehicles and more handling.

For pallets of block, tonnes of material, or full-truck orders, we plan the vehicle, route, and unloading point in advance. Please make sure the site is reachable by the delivery vehicle and that there's a clear, safe place to unload. Where a site needs offloading equipment or special access, let us know when you order so we can plan for it.

Someone should be on site to receive the order, show where to unload, and check the load. Look over the quantity and condition while the driver is still there, and note any shortage or visible damage at the time of delivery, since that's the easiest moment to put it right. Standard delivery is to the nearest safe, accessible point. Our team can't carry materials up floors or into buildings unless that's been arranged in advance.

Natural stone varies in colour and texture from piece to piece, and materials such as interlock, tiles, and manufactured stone can differ in shade between production batches. This is how the material naturally looks, not a fault, so please read this kind of variation as a characteristic of the product when you check a delivery. If you need a close match across a large area, order it together and let us know, and we'll try to supply it from one batch.

If your location falls outside standard coverage or is hard to reach, contact us before ordering. We'll look at the route and let you know whether we can deliver and on what terms.

We plan carefully, but weather, road conditions, and site access can affect delivery. If a delay comes up, we'll let you know as soon as we can and agree a new time with you.
