Delivery, payment, units, bulk orders, returns: the things people ask before buying building materials. If your question isn't here, the team at BMT Materials is a message away.
Everything for the structure and the finish, under one roof: interlock and outdoor paving, concrete blocks, floor and wall tiles, natural stone, manufactured (cultured) stone, and cement. Between them they cover most of what a house, a boundary wall, a driveway, or a full building site needs. Browse the shop by category, or send us your list and we'll point you to the right products.
We stock from established producers in Jordan and the region, and we choose lines we're comfortable putting our name on. Where a product has a grade, class, or thickness that matters (block strength, a tile's wear rating, a stone's finish), the product page spells it out, and you can compare like with like instead of guessing.
For tile, stone, and interlock, usually yes. We can send a sample or two so you check the colour and finish in your own light before committing to a big order. Ask through the Contact page and tell us which products you're weighing up.
Often, yes. If you need a particular size, finish, or colour, or a larger quantity than what's listed, tell us what the job needs through the Contact page or the bulk-quote form. We'll check what we can source, how long it takes, and what it costs before you commit. Worth knowing up front: custom and cut-to-size items are made for your job, so they can't be returned afterwards.
Most orders inside our coverage area arrive within one to three working days. Large or bulk loads can take a little longer while we line up the right truck for the weight, and we give you a firm delivery date when you place the order.
All twelve governorates of Jordan, from Amman, Zarqa, and Irbid in the north down to Aqaba in the south. Pick your governorate at checkout to see the delivery cost and timing. If your exact spot is remote or hard for a loaded truck to reach, we may check access with you before setting a time.
By governorate and distance, plus the size and weight of the load. Heavy materials sold by the ton cost more to move than a few bags. Once you choose your city and drop a pin on the map, we work out the delivery cost and show it before you pay, with no surprise fees at the door.
The truck brings the load to your address, but our drivers aren't a building crew. For heavy pallets and bulk stone it helps to have someone on site to receive and offload, or to arrange a loader if the quantity is large. Tell us about access and any offloading needs when you order, and we'll plan the drop-off with you.
Add what you need to the cart, then go to checkout. You'll set where the order is going and drop a pin on the map so we can work out the delivery, choose how you'd like to pay, and confirm. You set up a quick account with your email along the way, so you can follow the order afterwards. Once it's in, we go over the details and confirm during working hours.
No hard minimum, and small orders are fine. Just know that very small quantities can cost more per unit to deliver, since the truck makes the same trip either way. For heavy items sold by the ton or pallet, we'll tell you the practical minimum for your area so a delivery makes sense.
Yes, and it's a big part of what we do. Send your full list of quantities through the bulk-quote form and we'll price the whole job together, with rates suited to volume and a delivery plan built around your site schedule. Regular contractors can set up an ongoing arrangement instead of quoting from scratch each time.
Cash on delivery, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CliQ, and bank transfer. You choose the method that suits you at checkout; for large bulk orders we can also agree payment terms as part of the quote.
It depends on the method you pick. With cash on delivery, you pay the driver when the order arrives. With CliQ or bank transfer, you send the payment and we confirm it before the order goes out. If you choose card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, we get in touch to arrange that side after you place the order. Whichever you use, the total you saw at checkout is what you pay, delivery included.
Every price is in Jordanian dinars (JOD). The figure on a product is what you pay for the material itself; delivery is calculated separately from your location and added before you confirm. The total you approve at checkout is the full amount, with nothing extra charged at the door.
We're open Saturday through Thursday, from around 8 in the morning to 6 in the evening, and closed on Fridays. You can browse and order on the site at any hour; we reply to messages and confirm orders during working hours. The Contact page always shows our current hours.
It depends on the material. Tiles, interlock, and stone are usually priced by the square metre; cement by the bag; sand and aggregate-type loads by the ton; and some items, like individual stone pieces, by the piece. Every product page states its unit clearly, so you always know what a price refers to.
Use the calculator on each product page. Enter your area (or the wall's length and height) and it converts that into the square metres, tons, bags, or pieces to order, including a sensible allowance for cutting and waste where it applies. When in doubt, ordering that small extra beats coming up short mid-job.
Check the load before the truck leaves. If something turns up broken, short, or not what you ordered, tell the driver and contact us the same day with your order number and a photo. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund for that item. One note: natural stone varies a little in tone and veining by its nature, and that's normal for the material, not a fault.
Unused materials in their original, undamaged condition can usually be returned within the window in our Return Policy. A few things can't go back, for practical reasons: stone cut to size, opened cement, and custom or special orders. The Return & Refund Policy has the full details and timeframe.
Unused materials in their original condition can usually go back within 7 days of delivery. If the return is down to our mistake, we cover the return delivery and put it right. If you changed your mind or over-ordered, the return delivery is on you, and heavy or large loads may carry a restocking deduction for the collecting and re-shelving. We'll tell you any amount before you go ahead, and the Return & Refund Policy spells it all out.
Yes. After you order, we keep you updated as it's prepared and dispatched, and our team coordinates the delivery window with you directly as the truck heads out. You can also follow the status of a current order from your account.
Reach us through the Contact page and we'll get back to you during working hours. If it's about an existing order, have your order number ready so we can pull it up straight away.
