This website is operated by BMT Materials ("BMT", "we", "us"), a building-materials supplier based in Jordan. These Terms govern your use of the site and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
We sell interlock paving, concrete blocks, tiles, natural stone, manufactured (cultured) stone, and cement. We work to keep stock levels and product information accurate, but availability can change and colours or textures of natural materials may vary slightly between batches. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you to offer an alternative, a delay, or a refund of the affected item.
When you submit an order, you're making an offer to buy. A contract forms only once we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or delivery to your location isn't possible), and we'll refund any amount already paid for a cancelled order. When you accept these Terms and place your order online, that forms a binding agreement under Jordan's Electronic Transactions Law, and our electronic records of the order and your acceptance are valid evidence of it.
All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Product prices do not include delivery. Delivery cost is calculated separately based on your governorate and location and is added to your total before you confirm payment. Any applicable tax is shown before checkout. Where sales tax applies, we issue a tax invoice that shows the general sales tax (currently 16%) and our tax registration number. We may update prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders we've already confirmed.
We accept cash on delivery, CliQ, and bank transfer. For cash on delivery, the full amount is due when your order arrives. For CliQ and bank transfer, you send the payment and upload a copy of the receipt; we confirm your order once we have checked it. Ownership of the materials passes to you once we receive payment in full, but the risk of loss or damage stays with us until the materials are delivered to you.
For large projects, we offer bulk pricing and written quotes through our quote request path. A quote is an estimate, not a confirmed order: it's valid for the period stated on it, and remains subject to stock and to our confirmation. Volume pricing may differ from the listed unit prices, and for large, made-to-order, or cut-to-size loads we may ask for a deposit before we begin. Lead times for bulk and special orders are agreed with you and can be longer than for stock items.
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Delivery & Coverage Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and, while we plan carefully, they aren't guaranteed. Please make sure the delivery location is accessible for the vehicle and that someone is available to receive and check the load.
Some things are outside our control and can delay or stop a delivery: severe weather, a blocked or closed road, no safe access to the site, and similar events we can't foresee or prevent. We aren't liable for a delay of this kind, which the Civil Code treats as beyond our responsibility. If it happens, we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery date or to refund any items we couldn't deliver.
You may cancel or change an order before it's dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been loaded or is on its way, cancellation may not be possible, and returns are then handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Custom or cut-to-size orders may not be cancellable once production begins.
Please inspect materials on delivery. Note any shortage or visible damage at the time of delivery where possible, as this helps us resolve issues quickly. Signing for a delivery confirms the quantity received, not that the materials are free of hidden defects.
We're responsible for supplying materials as described. We're not liable for how materials are stored, handled, installed, or used after delivery, or for construction outcomes, delays, or losses arising from installation or from use outside a product's intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Jordanian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Jordanian courts.

The price you see before you confirm is the price you pay. Your total is made up of the cost of the materials, the delivery cost for your governorate and location, and any applicable tax, all shown clearly before you complete the purchase. Product prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and don't include delivery until you enter your location.
